My dear S has finally turned 1. After months of planning, all the hard work and sleepless nights culminated in a wonderful garden party! We all had a great time celebrating her birthday! Well, S had fun for the most part, except that she got tired and fell asleep for about an hour while we were eating, then woke up starving and had to eat cold noodles with dried up sauce, then had to face the pressure of selecting her future with 50 people staring her in the face. But, despite all that, she was really good. I was worried that she was going to be fussy and and have stranger danger when people wanted to hold her, but she was actually in a good mood. She must have known that it was her party! My big girl!
